Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
“Can I customize my sushi platter with different rolls?”
If you need an ingredient withheld from the entire platter, please let us know. Otherwise, the menu options above are what is available per platter at this time. There are, however, two assortment/combo platters you can check out for a bit more per-platter variety.
“How can I place my order?”
Call us, email us, or use the Contact form to send along some initial details. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours, so you can continue planning your event with confidence.
“When do I need to place my order?”
As we ramp up, we are only fulfilling orders for pick-up on Saturdays and Sundays. The cut-off to order platters for a weekend pick-up would be the Wednesday prior. Have a last-minute need? Call us. If we can accommodate it, we will. No promises, but we’ll try.
“How many platters should I order?”
The question you want to ask yourself is this: Will Nori & Co. be the only food option for guests? If yes, one sushi platter will feed 4-6 people, depending on how much your guests love sushi. For reference, one platter contains 8 full rolls, each cut into either 6 or 8 pieces, depending on the type, size, etc. See Menu for details on individual items and their quantities.
“What if I need a gluten -free platter?”
Our gluten-free platter options are marked with a GF in the menu. Note: Platters are prepared in a shared kitchen, but we will do everything we can to ensure your platter itself does not contain gluten (by omitting certain ingredients and soy sauce). Please let us know about any food allergies when you order.
“How should I keep my platters cold?”
All platters are prepared fresh on the day of pick-up and need to remain chilled at 40 degrees F or cooler. If your event does not provide active refrigeration/ is outside, we recommend using ice beds, active cooling trays, or limit display time to two hours.
